This Monday an event that fits that description is going down in NYC. "Fernando Ruiz Lorenzo, who has curated for COCO144 at Bard College and had exhibits at bOb and the Radiant Movement Studio amongst others, is opening up an exhibit called 'GUĂNICA' at Camaradas, El Barrio (2241 1st Ave., New York, NY) on July 5th from 7pm-9pm, being followed by Bobbito Garcia's 'First Mondays' party from 9pm-1pm." If you're in the NYC area this is a perfect event to follow up whatever madness you get yourself into on the 4th.
